These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Banova's web application and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Connected services

Banova lets you connect third-party services such as YouTube via OAuth. By connecting them you authorize Banova to act on your behalf within the granted scopes (e.g. uploading Shorts to your channel). You may disconnect at any time. Use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Generate or publish content that infringes intellectual property, defames others, or violates platform rules.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. AI-generated content

Banova uses third-party AI models to assist generation. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing and for complying with platform policies (including YouTube's spam, repetitive content, and AI-disclosure rules).

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create with Banova. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service (e.g. uploading to YouTube on your behalf).

7. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew on the cycle you select. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account from Settings at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, AI accuracy, or specific channel outcomes (views, monetization, ranking).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
